All our staff are highly experienced in dealing with patients and their relatives - they are constantly aware that all information about is strictly confidential. Please feel that you can explain your problems to our staff with complete confidence in them.
They will deal with your problems in the most appropriate fashion and will always ensure that urgent matters are handled in a timely manner. However they cannot read minds! If you believe that your problem is of great urgency please tell them!
